1. Who we are

Party Budget Planner is operated by Tiny Feet Studio ("we", "us"). Tiny Feet Studio is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice and decides how and why that data is processed. This page is maintained by Tiny Feet Studio to answer common privacy questions about Party Budget Planner.

2. Personal data we collect and why

• Account data (email address, login credentials, sign-in provider such as Google): to create and secure your account and let you sign back in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Content you create (event type, budget amounts, guest counts, plan names, spending you record): to provide the planning and saved-plan features. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Purchase and entitlement records (which plan or event pass you hold, subscription status, renewal dates): to give you access to what you paid for. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation. Payment and billing details are collected by our payment provider, not by us.
• Support messages you send us: to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our customers.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs, basic usage events): to keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests in security and service improvement.

3. Who we share data with

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for our orders and receives the data needed for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds.
• Service providers / subprocessors that host our application and database, provide authentication, and support error monitoring, acting on our instructions.
• AI assistants you connect, only where you explicitly authorise an assistant to access your plans through our agent integration.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

We keep account data and saved plans for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your account data and plans, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-user database access rules so that you can only read and write your own plans. No service can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember the plan and spending you are working on. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working if you do.
