1. Who you are contracting with

Party Budget Planner (the "Service") is provided by Tiny Feet Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Tiny Feet Studio.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and that if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it.

3. What the Service does

The Service helps you estimate and allocate a party or event budget across categories, track your spending, save plans to your account, and view money-saving suggestions. All figures are estimates for planning purposes only and are not financial advice.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing access limits, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased. Tiny Feet Studio retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation, and branding. You keep ownership of the plan content you create, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Yearly Access renews automatically each year until cancelled; if you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period. Single Event access is a one-time purchase. 8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. On termination you may request an export of your saved plans within 30 days, after which they may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiny Feet Studio is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
