Tiny Feet Studio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Party Budget Planner. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether Single Event access or Yearly Access — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact Tiny Feet Studio through our Etsy shop and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling Yearly Access
You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Additional details
Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your order. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer law.
